CATERING & CUSTOM ORDERS
Let Brainfreeze Treats Club cater your wedding, company party, gallery opening, school dance, community BBQ, dock-side soiree, or anything in between.
We can pretty much go anywhere. The setup is nimble, doesn't need electricity, and we can dress it all up or down depending on your event's vibe. We will work with you to design the right flavor combo for your event, or you can pick from a list of our favorites!
Pricing models:
Event Catering
$150/hr + $5/scoop
30 scoop minimum, 1.5 hr minimum ($375 minimum cost).
Always 3 flavors choices. With 1+ month advance notice, you will be able to select/design your own flavors. With less than 1 month notice, you'll select flavors from the current availability
Tier 1 - lil party
30-50 servings, 1.5 hours of scooping service suggested*.
Tier 2 - party party
55-80 servings, 2–2.5 hours of scooping service suggested*.
Tier 3 - big party
85-150 servings, 2.5–3 hours of scooping service suggested*.
Tier 4 - Big ass party
150-300 servings, 3–5 hours of scooping service suggested*.
*Service time includes about 15 minutes of initial setup, and the rest is filled with scooping for your guests. Takedown/packout will happen off the clock.
Vending
If you are coordinating a high-traffic market that needs ice cream, let's get in touch!
Brainfreeze Treats Club also operates as a pop-up vendor at private or low-traffic events. If you would like to reserve Brainfreeze to sell scoops at a small event (less than 70 estimated sales), the booking fee is $150/hr.
